How much does AC installation typically cost for a new system?
AC installation pricing varies by home and system. A project manager will size the unit, inspect ducts, and confirm costs on site. Typical installs include a condenser, copper line-set, pad, electrical disconnect and wiring, thermostat, evaporator coil, furnace blower, condensate drain, filter, and ducts matched to the AC. Refrigerants must be handled by certified technicians. Newer 2025-ready equipment uses R454B and includes a leak detector. Financing is available up to 60 months at 0% OAC. Service available in Idaho Falls and Rexburg.
